We were in 27108 on the 1st (zero) floor with direct access to the pool and mini water park. The hotel, as they wrote earlier, is really quiet, the animation is dead. If you eat with a child, then ask for a room away from the Pergola bar - there is some kind of animation at lunchtime, it was noisy for about an hour, it didn’t bother us much ... but a fact is a fact.
