Хороший отель, но только не для русских Nice hotel, but not for Russians

I returned yesterday and immediately want to write a review, I hope it will help someone.
The department has a lot of advantages: cleanliness, delicious food, lots of children's entertainment, modern rooms, many bars and restaurants, clean sea but really cold.

But even though the hotel has excellent infrastructure, we didn’t like the large area. Simply because the majority of the guests in the hotel are Germans and Europeans, and the staff is tailored only for them. It’s very unpleasant that when you speak in English, they will make you a delicious cocktail and serve you food without any problems. But as soon as the staff, especially the Aqua Vista Hotel, understand that you are Russian (although we are Belarusians), most of them become deaf.
Therefore, if you are ready to forget the Russian language during your vacation, then everything else is fine, but it’s not my option to feel like a second-class client for your money.
