I do not know how this hotel was before, I want to write as in this hotel as of June 2021. It's HORROR! ! ! ! ! But all in turn. At 9 am we were at the hotel, took the documents at the reception, waved, wait. Bracelets were not worn, breakfast was not offered (as we later learned, it is so to save). They saw, approached. They gave the forms and told them to fill in the questionnaires. They did. Wait again. We waited, approached, put on bracelets and wait again ...We couldn't stand it anymore, we approached, gave ...we were noticed, given a number, settled down, looked around. They called the receptionist and asked to bring detergents and a set of towels. There was no reaction. Towels were delivered the next day, no detergents. We went to buy shampoo, gel, something to wash. During the 12 days of rest they never changed the bed! ! ! ! ! And let's not say that they change every day, it's not! ! ! ! ! Towels were collected on the fourth day and went to look for a cleaner, that's how we were able to change for a clean one.
The room is not cleaned. Garbage is removed if it is both a tip and EVERYONE. But this is not the worst. Only in this hotel I understood the phrase "you will not be hungry" because in order not to be hungry, it was necessary to make every effort to find something to eat. If something was made of meat, it was imposed by the kitchen worker first of all on the Arabs, if they even stood in line at the back, and then put the leftovers on a plate to us. If someone began to express dissatisfaction, he waved his hands, drove away and boiled loudly. The dining room is dirty, there are no antiseptics, handles, knives, spoons are just lying on the table, not even wrapped in a napkin! ! ! ! ! The same thing happened in the water park. The child stood in line for a pillow to come down the slide, and the pillow was given to an Arab who was standing behind. The boy was offended and did not go to the water park anymore. My son was called a camel because he is tall, we were shocked! ! ! !!

This berth was being repaired, cars with construction materials were constantly driving, builders were working, the stench was constantly standing, waste was being dumped near the water from the yachts. Water, drinks, instant coffee, which was poured with cold milk, incomprehensible rolls with minced meat, french fries, sauce.

We did not like this hotel. We have stayed in Egypt many times, our chosen hotels were of high quality, both in service and in relation. This is the first time we have met with such disrespect, rudeness, and discrimination against vacationers.
Of course, we complained to our tour operator and the hotel guide (we were supported by both the tour operator Teztur and the hotel guide) and tried to somehow improve the situation.
