From Hurghada it is expensive and tiring. What is stopping you from going to Sharm if you so want to see Israel and Jordan? Just imagine from Hurghada by bus to the Suez Canal, and then to Taba, and even with an Egyptian driver. It is possible by plane, but it makes no sense.
