In Egypt, toilet paper, soap, dryers, and even Bedouins and at bases in the desert (when you go on a safari) have "poppers" on the toilet. On our beach, in the toilet (Grand Hotel + Grand Resort), everyone went barefoot, constantly cleaned and in front of the entrance there was a towel to wipe their feet from the sand !!!
