Do the declared entertainment correspond to the actual in the hotel (Wi-FI, tennis, etc.)
The description of the hotel says a lot of entertainment, is this true, given the size of the hotel? If not, what do you recommend? How is the animation at the moment?

If you haven’t read reviews on King Tut, there are none here and you will learn a lot from them. I was twice in King Tut only because there was an excellent reef with its inhabitants, where I went down directly from the beach and disappeared there for hours. But it was 8 and 9 years and a lot of things could have changed there. There was no big tennis at that time, it is unlikely that the territory would have allowed, but nearby in their common system is the 5 * Sphinx hotel, maybe they made a playground there. the lobby bar was near the reception, the animation at that time was not bad, the beach is shallow like a lagoon, it’s convenient for children and those who don’t swim well, then from the stone steps there is an exit beyond the reef, which made me very happy, because many hotels in Hurghada don’t have reefs at all or you have to swim. Well, I remembered something, but time flies so fast that I haven’t been there for 5 years. I think that they would respond later too. The hotel at that time corresponded to its 4 *, cozy and compact, and it is quite convenient to get to the city, both in the old and in the New Center.

I didn't like the hotel. The one who wrote about the beautiful reef is a storyteller who has not seen anything at all in life. The reef is dead - at the bottom there are bags of cement and fragments of concrete from the construction site. I have never seen worse service anywhere else. Believe me, I have something to compare. There are live reefs in Sharm. Was in the Sphinx in November 2011. Food is generally impossible. I got there by accident, on a last-minute ticket for 360 dollars. It was reassuring, but I wouldn’t even go there for free anymore. There is no infrastructure as such, everything that is promised or not or killed. What to talk about if there is not a single teaspoon in the whole hotel????!!!!! I wouldn't wish this on my enemy...

You are right, I probably have never seen anything! Then you have a question - Have you been to the Sharm el-Naga coral reserve, is it not far from Hurghada? Therefore, I know a little about coral reefs. I was at the King Tut Hotel twice, the first time was the Sphinx has not yet been put into operation. Yes, there is no beach and underwater beauty opposite the Sphinx beach, solid construction debris, so whoever wanted to see the fish swam from KING TUTA beach to the right - this is the first reef with still living corals and their inhabitants, and further in the sea (hundred meters) is another reef where I saw small barracudas, and even a turtle.
But I made a reservation, it was four years ago and what now, I can’t know, so I honestly wrote to read the reviews. And I repeat, if you think that there are living corals only in Sharm, you simply don’t know Hurghada and therefore find out her better and also don’t tell tales.
And you were in the Sphinx, wherever I went too, and I was in King Tut, where vacationers from the Sphinx came to eat, because they said that there was bad food. In this system, they could eat at our place and in the lobby Egyptian swill to jam. Here are such tales! But it was before and how it is now, I don’t know what I said frankly in my post.

Thank you for your attention to my comment. If you discuss the reef, then you can argue for a long time where is better and what is better. The original question was about infrastructure... The Red Sea is rich in exotics, but the question is how far is it from the beach??? Not all heroes are able to sail far from the shore and risk their health)))) and since there are no beautiful reefs near hotels in Hurghada, it makes no sense to just wallow and drink swill in this separately taken hotel. There are better and better hotels. I'm in love with Sharm. The chic hotel Jolly Vili Golf Resort of the Meritim chain.) There the reef can be compared with the Caribbean. The depth near the beach is from 15 meters, a sheer reef rock with all the underwater fauna of the Red Sea. The service is really five with natural fresh juices and original alcohol, chic cuisine, chinaware. King here and Sphinx do not have the right to position themselves with level 4-5 at all.

About the reefs, the conversation went from you. Also, not everyone dives to a depth of 15 meters, and I answered that the person asked about King Tut, but not about the Sphinx, because. the first time I was in King Tut, when the Sphinx was being built and the reef was great, which is the first one where I went directly from the beach (You should know these steps if you were there, because all the guests of the Sphinx rested on King Tut beach), the second time - the Sphinx was just launched, but the people didn’t like it. That’s what I wrote. And there are a lot of beautiful places around the world and why King chose TS. I don’t know, maybe the budget is like that, we didn’t ask.

It is generally ridiculous to compare the Meritim network with hotels like the Sphinx, knowing how stars are assigned in the Turkish and Egyptian tourist industry. But the price is different, which is significant for some. In Sharm, the reefs are better than in Hurghada itself (I won’t hide it), but they are there and there different hotels even with this advantage. There is a lot of information on this issue on this site.
