I’ll put in my 5 kopecks as we got out of the situation with a child who was allergic for 1-7 months, though not in this hotel - I took all the meat in jars of baby food, it’s convenient, it won’t go bad on the road, standard fruits for which there are no allergies are everywhere, and in hotel and market. I took porridge with me - baby food, instant dairy-free. My daughter was also allergic to milk, as Spock read that there is almost no allergy to condensed milk, they sat on it for almost a year, she also made porridge on condensed milk, diluted it with boiling water, porridge there, and go ahead, though she still showed imagination I’ll add cookies there, then fruits, then raisins. Almost all hotels have mashed potatoes and pasta, and rice is plentiful. And yet - even if you do not find (of course I doubt it) what a child can eat, you can always agree in the kitchen. But I always dragged to the maximum so as not to run later in search of food for the child.. When I flew for the first time in a year, I took a few fruit purees, went to the supermarket, and that was all local from local fruits - guava, oranges, etc. What oranges if my daughter even sprinkled on our apples! So it seems to me to go, rest and don’t worry for anything - there is always a way out of the situation.

With food for your child, there will be significant problems, my youngest daughter is also allergic, and so we had problems. And yet, if you are going to go to this hotel, take more allergy medications with you, and there are an insane amount of mosquitoes there. The children were all bitten. I would not advise you!
