We went from the tour operator tour-tezz and are very pleased with this, we were excellent, very promptly met, quickly brought and quickly settled. The excursions provided by our tour operator were cheaper than those of others, the same "Pegasus", our friends went with him.

The hotel is great! I don't know who writes negative reviews! This hotel is better than the others on its territory, even though it is 4 *, not 5 *. Our friends rested in diamond, paid much more and in vain everything was better with us. The club is located farthest from the beach, but this is a plus, since from that amount of food you could burst, and until you get to the beach, the eaten will settle down a little.

The staff is very friendly and hospitable, everyone speaks Russian and tries to please you. They gave us a very nice large room, two balconies, a bath, a bidet, a refrigerator with mineral water and Coca-Cola, juice for the child.

The territory of the hotel is huge for a week of rest, I didn’t have time to go everywhere, we didn’t even have time to use what was included in the all package for free, you will always find something to do there, but you need to take at least 10 days, a week is too short!

About food.
There is always a lot of food and everyone can find what he likes, especially in the club, paradise and diamond. Meat, scrambled eggs, pancakes, sweets, guava, many types of pastries and tea, everything is very tasty and quite varied. In the first days, after reading the reviews, I ate with great apprehension, but then making sure that all this was nonsense, I and everyone who was with me (5 people + 1 child) ate everything and a lot and no one had any problems with the stomach, even the child, as we understood all problems from swallowing chlorinated water from pools or very salty sea water, especially in children.

The main thing is how you will treat the locals! They are very hospitable and deserve at least a little respect, they are not your slaves, and if you are good to them, then so are they.
They are very principled and do not like boors if you start with this, it will be worse for you, it is easier to negotiate peace requests with them, and if you thank them for the service, you will be a favorite vacationer (for example, for a sun lounger).

If you go to this hotel complex, do not overpay - go either to the "Club" or "Paradise" they are getting better!

All in all very, very good! We were pleasantly surprised!

If Arabs are disgusting to you, you are looking for someone to get rid of, you don’t need to go to Egypt, most Egyptians don’t deserve this, they are very good people and it’s much more difficult for them than for us, have at least a drop of indulgence, be polite and people reach out to you.
