The room is big. The furniture in the rooms is old, but everything is very decent. The water was always cold and hot. Hairdryer, working TV - from the Russian-language ORT and TNT. Blankets were warm in 2 pcs. It's cold at night in January. There is no iron in the hotel at all, which is very upsetting.
The territory is large, there is where to walk, a lot of greenery. A lot of abandoned buildings (the exclusion zone - that's what we called), they are trying to restore something.
The sea is gorgeous, the sandy beach is gorgeous - it's just huge and empty. The beds are in good condition. To the sea about 7-10 minutes at a leisurely pace through the hotel.
The territory of the hotel and the beach is constantly looked after: they sweep, scrape, clean something, water it, mow the grass.
The bar on the beach is open from 12.00 and somewhere until 14.00 (until everyone eats). There is pizza, something like burgers, cakes, coffee, tea, cola, sprite, fanta.
The pool bar is open from 10.00 to 17.00 (approximately). The waiter constantly brings alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails (for children), beer, cola, sprite, fanta is everywhere in unlimited quantities. MOST IMPORTANTLY (for most of our tourists) bring your own alcohol (1 liter can be brought from Ukraine, if you don’t buy it right away in a dutik). We did just that and didn't depend on the bar's alcoholic outage. This was the main complaint of all vacationers, but given the price of the tour (we got 340 per person), I think that 30 bucks for good alcohol can be added.

They asked for 40 bucks for an early check-in, but after a couple of hours we bargained for 20 dollars per room.
We liked the food, we went to the water park 1 time (5 dollars per person), the sea and the beach are super, masks are required, we rested in the water park area almost like "Robinsons" (very few people).

You can shop at "Cleopatra" (10 minutes walk) and "SENZOMALL" (2 dollars by taxi).

We went on excursions (Cairo and Luxor) - ordered on the Internet, paid on the bus.

For 10 dollars we went to a disco in the city with animators. I liked it very much!

For another $ 5 one way we went to the fish market in the city, tiger prawns for 14 bucks per kg (they are also cooked there for free), while we waited 30 minutes for the cook to walk to the mosque (3 minutes nearby).

So you can see for yourself that we didn’t get bored this week, it definitely doesn’t make sense to overpay for a hotel with such an active program. But if you prefer not to leave the hotel, then it will definitely not suit you.

The beach here is excellent, the sea was warm. The beach bar is a nightmare. Dirt. They sell alcohol in a brazen place. Next to us, guys from Bulgaria were sunbathing, so they bought bottles from them. There was nothing for the rest, not even tea bags in short supply. There are 2 pharmacies nearby, one next to the beach, the other on the left at the exit from the checkpoint. There is something to buy there. And creams are inexpensive and stuff.
If you have money, then buy another hotel. And if you need the sea and the sun, then you can come here. But not until May now. Now there will be a dead season.

2.2 good pools without slides. Almost nobody used them. Rarely near one of them were morning exercises.

3) The staff is extremely polite and not for a chocolate bar or a dollar, but by nature. The service is very good. Children, well, just adore!

4) When checking in before 12 noon, there is an official mandatory fee of $ 40 (and not a single bargain! ), or you wait on the sofas in the lobby. The rooms are all the SAME SPRING! ! ! Therefore, paying extra with dollar-chocolates, you just delight your imagination : )

Cakes, buns 5-6 types. On the beach from 12 to 2 - pizza, hamburgers, vegetables and sweets. Drinks are non-alcoholic. Everything is unlimited. And in the morning until the 5th just drinks. Everything is repeated at 80% per day.

Wine is normal, by the way...Beer is...the norm...Teas are very tasty, especially aniseed. My kids drank 10-12 cups every day!
