The extra bed was brought really quickly, but about changing the room, the receptionist told me there were no rooms and I can’t help. But my wife liked it.

In the morning the hotel guide Pegas tourist (many thanks to him) held a meeting. I complained about the room overlooking the chandelier, together we went to the reception and they promised me a new room after 3 hours when it was removed. My family and I went to a Turkish bath (I strongly advise you to do it - the bath is not worse, but in some ways better than those in Turkey). Arriving from the bath, they told me that there were no rooms, then I again went to the hotel guide - his name is Alex, and the administrator immediately handed over the key to the new room to him. The room was overlooking the pool, and very large, I liked it. Later, I tried to settle all the minor issues at the reception through Alexei, he builds the Arabs quickly and skillfully.
About food I will say the following:
The food is delicious, high-calorie, a little bland for my taste, but there was always a table on which there were spicy snacks and pickles.
I, as a doctor, will say that most of the cases of poisoning and diarrhea that were caused by the tourists themselves are to blame, they don’t wash their hands once again, and even with a change in climate and nutrition, dysbactariasis is a very common phenomenon, and it provokes diarrhea. From the first to the last day, we drank Khilak with the whole family, and had no problems with the gastrointestinal tract, and we did not deny ourselves anything to eat.
Sea and beach:
I’ll tell you where I was ashamed of my Motherland, for some reason they take sun beds from 6 in the morning, tie belts, put socks, stones, hotel rules prohibit such a “booking”. Although there were NO problems with sunbeds. For the entire holiday, we came to the beach at different times and ALWAYS found free sunbeds and a shady place. The sea is simply the charm of the Mediterranean and the Black after it and not the Sea at all. The reefs are not far from the beach in 50-100 meters, which fish I did not see there. Fish are not afraid of people and do not show much aggression towards us, except for the soldier fish - a small one, black, tries to drive it out of its territory.
Service:

I will say this Russian service to the Egyptian need to grow. The room was cleaned very well, I always set aside 2-3 pounds for the cleaner, and there were no problems, he even loaded us with cola or sprite as a token of sympathy at the bar, which are put only when you check into the room. There were problems in the bar at the restaurant, there were not always enough glasses, alcohol was not poured into mugs, and there were no free tables for dinner (it starts at 7 o'clock). But these problems were solved after a German settled in the hotel, they were enough lot. And apparently for their sake they opened an additional bar. And the lack of places was decided as follows: from other hotels, you are welcome only after 8 o'clock. Arabs are generally friendly and helpful people, do not like rudeness, and drunks. for 10 days of rest, I did not let a single rude word into my address. Unlike my last trip to Anapa.
Shopping: The best shopping is behind the hotel just across the road, a whole street with shops where the prices are lower and the Arabs are more bargaining there. On the territory of the hotel shops are expensive and take off the price a little. In the city center, prices are the same as near the hotel, but taking into account the road, it turns out to be expensive.
In general, the impressions are more positive than negative. Negative points, which were mostly small and insignificant.
