They lacked up to 10 points for decent service. Watered down booze. Check-in was average. We chose this hotel because it was the best option. When we arrived, the heated pool did not work, they tried to fix it for 3 days. Purely then when you give a tip, if something is somewhere, then if you don’t add anything, then nothing will happen.
