Territory area is very large, many beautiful plants, lawns, paths, everything is clean, they are always watered, cleaned, pruned. Nearby is the neighboring hotel - Festival le Jardin - you can also use the area, swimming pools and bars of this hotel.

The hotel is on the first line, so the sea you walk through the hotel for 5 minutes.
On the ground floor of the hotel there are several shops where you can buy clothes, souvenirs, bags, gold and silver, etc. There is also an ATM nat. Bank of Egypt, where you can withdraw money or exchange them for Egyptian.

You can also go to Hurghada for shopping, it's not far, you can take a taxi - or at the hotel (there is a taxi stand) or get out of the hotel - local taxi drivers passing by will see you and signal, asking you to take or not. By the way about oils, we didn't buy what I'm already sorry about - oils were dripping on our hands in the store so we could choose a fragrance, so this smell lasted for two days !! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! At the same time, my hands have been in the shower, sea, pool and just washed many times, so I highly recommend taking it in a store in the city, which has a certificate. Because we were staying at a hotel bench - it evaporated the next day!
The tour operator offers a huge selection of excursions, also in the hotel, on the beach offer local excursions.

Service at the highest level, all friendly, trying to help. But remember - how you treat people so they will give you an answer! Several times I was surprised by the patience of the hotel staff, as some guests behave like pigs. The staff speaks in addition to their native language - German, English, Russian. So you will definitely find a common language!
Our room was great, clean cozy 1514, on the 5th floor. From the balcony a wonderful view of the hotel and the sea! ! ! ! ! They cleaned every day, changed towels, made the bed well, and it was touching as a cleaning lady to always carefully put on my cosmetics and personal hygiene products, which I had everywhere. He lined up all these jars, boxes, bottles evenly in the bathroom! Drinking water was also left 1 bottle per person daily.
The hotel has a laundry, I can not say how it works - we did not use, but in the closet was a bag for laundry and clothes, there was also a list of laundry services and their cost. The safe in the room was free. If something was needed, they applied to the reception and the problem was solved immediately.

The hotel has a main restaurant on the second floor, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily.
The food is very tasty and varied! Huge selection of first and second courses, as well as desserts. Ice cream daily. I advise you to try guava, delicious dates, we don't have any.
There are two more à la carte restaurants - Italian and Asian. Each of the hotel guests can once go for free to one of them to choose from, for dinner. Were in Italian - very tasty and beautiful! In restaurants the dress code - in swimsuits and beachwear are asked not to come, especially for dinner.
Everything is clean and tidy. Liked it a lot!

There are a lot of bars on the territory of the hotel - 6 exactly, maybe you haven't noticed yet. There is also a snack bar where you can have a snack from 12:00 until 16:00.

There is animation in the hotel, but it is not intrusive, you want to be aware of their events - get acquainted and they will not forget about you!

There are many pools in the hotel, there are by the sea, on the beach. The water is clean, in winter one large pool was heated on site!
