Ужасный отель, никому не советую Terrible hotel, would not recommend to anyone

My friends chose this hotel based on reviews and, accordingly, at a price . . 5 * it certainly does not match, like most hotels in Egypt, well, we did not expect something supernatural. The carousels began from the first day of arrival, when we entered the room, the furniture was the same, the bathroom was the same, we noticed broken glass on the door and went to inform the reception about it and then it started... they came 3 times, but no one reacted, the guide generally said who speaks neither English nor Arabic, like do what you want... Well, we scored on everything, we came to rest after all, and not to find out anything. The tininess began on the 2nd day in the evening - the administrator and 2 other representatives of the hotel caught us in the lobby when we were going to dinner and made a claim to us that we broke this glass, billed us $ 300 !!!
For half an evening they arranged disassemblies and auctions like - well, if you don't want $300, we'll give you a discount of $100, etc. so it went up to $50. We asked to call the police and they kind of called, but as it turned out later it was a simple security guard in uniform from a nearby hotel, they didn’t decide anything in the evening, we decided to postpone the next day and call the police ourselves - it’s already a matter of principle. And so the next day we call the police, start to sort things out, and here in the hall we meet a few more guys who are being evicted and they also have the same claims, one of them showed that they broke the table, although it was already broken before arrival, the second - that they broke the chair even though they didn't break it.
In general, the conclusion is this - it's just their business, they know where and what is broken, they just pump money, hoping that people have come to rest and it's easier to give money than to spoil the rest. The rest is not a fountain either, the heated pool is only one name... I have never swum, it is cold!! ! There are not enough sunbeds near this pool, you have to go to another one, but the wind is terrible there, and there are no fences from the wind! The animation seemed to be, but it was on its own - they went out 2 times a day, danced to themselves 2 of the same dances and went home... In short, the line of these hotels sucks !! ! For the same money you can find a much better hotel, this is not the first time I go and there are 4 * just super. I wouldn't give this hotel more than 3*.
