I will write you my subjective opinion about the rest in this hotel. We rested there at the end of December 2010.

1) Settlement.

I didn't play "Roulette" when I checked in (changing numbers, arguing with the staff). According to the ticket, we were supposed to have a room with a double bed + a baby cot (small). I immediately asked for a room in the third building on the first floor (we were with a stroller), overlooking the pool, with a double bed and a full-fledged single (adult). Asking price - 20 bucks! And we are satisfied and happy, after 10 minutes, we were in our apartments. Plus we asked for two keys for each room (we occupied 2 rooms) and they gave us no extra extra charge. I want to write my opinion about the choice of body. Dear tourists, all buildings are exactly the same! Courtyards well maintained, buildings in flowers. THE BEAUTY! Therefore, I made such a conclusion for myself that there is no particular reason to choose a case. From the reception and the sea just a 5-minute walk at a fast pace. Therefore, whether you go a minute longer to a restaurant or to the sea... - it does not matter at all and there is no significant difference.
2) Numbers.
Our family occupied two rooms. The rooms are decent. Yes, the furniture is not new, but no one said that the hotel is 2010 with the latest furniture. The most important thing is that it is clean, well-groomed, fully functional and functioned remarkably. TV, air conditioning, safe, light, shower, toilet, bidet - EVERYTHING was in order and worked great! Bed linen and towels are white. Cleaned up every day. The bed was not changed every day, but every other day - that's for sure. We changed our towels every day. For cleaning, we left 1 buck or 2 euros. But this is optional (we wished so). Swans were spun for us. ))) A very pleasant sight. )))
3) Service.
In my opinion, everything was top notch. There are no complaints or complaints. I always admire their hard work. Guys - well done! Pleased all the employees of the hotel!
4) Cleanliness.
All is clear! What to write here? Everyone knows his place and his duties.
I want to write about plastic cups, because. many here write that they are dirty. Everyone understands that due to intensive use, transparent plastic tends to become cloudy, scratched and rubbed. So. Glasses were always clean! And the fact that they are not new, but they still do not give a reason to believe that they are not washed well. Personally, we have never come across dirty glasses or any other utensils.
5) Nutrition.
Good food. We had enough. It can only be noted that there were no apples, bananas, strawberries (in Dana Beach it was all).
6) Infrastructure.
Good infrastructure. Someone wrote that a terrible road. It is not perfectly even, but not because someone's hands once grew out of place, but because it was originally intended that way. It's so beautifully lined with pebbles. Such Egyptian decor.

The chosen location of the Aquapark location behind the reception, closer to the road and the exit from the hotel, did not look very good. I would like to see him in another place, and not on the outskirts. But the slides themselves are cool, a lot of people watching.
7) Animation.
The animation is great. Only the female animators themselves are all kind of tortured and constantly not combed. Plus, the clothes-uniforms are all quite worn and burnt out. General view - stale. (
8) Excursions.
We were only on one. Ride on a yellow submarine. Bought not from a representative, but right on the beach. Uninteresting. I do not advise. Everyone sits and looks at the fish for only 10-15 minutes, and then it gets very sick. All tourists go up and wait for another 40 minutes when this "magic" will end. And at the end of the tour, local Arabs on the boat still walk with a glass and very strongly pokes them in your face so that you give them a tip (it’s not clear why? ).
What a disappointment!
Cold water in the pools! Yes, the pool is heated. Yes, the water in it is a little warmer than in others. But, this is not heating, damn it !! ! Last year we rested in Dana Beach (over the fence), that's where the real heating is! And here it is, for averting the eyes. They wrote that the water was 21, but what kind of 21 are there... This made me very upset, very... The youngest child was not bought enough. Dipped there three times. Naturally, people swam, but again, not as actively as in pools with real (good heating). Our mother could not take a dip in it at all because of the cold water, although she bathed in Dana all the time. This is the only, but big and fat minus in this hotel.

Yet again. In previous reviews, someone wrote that you can exchange a lot of things for a bottle of vodka in the shops opposite the hotel. This is not entirely true. With me, a woman tried to sell or exchange a bottle of good cognac for money or something from the shop. So. . . They bargained for a long time, but they didn't give her more than 6 bucks. Cognac for 6 bucks is a laugh, not a price! She left with nothing. And they also told her that she was a vicious dog. I don’t understand why tourists need this? It's easier to take the same 50-150 bucks and buy all sorts of garbage in the form of souvenirs, and not carry a load with you, and then sell it.
And even in the same stores, our tourists very often (nothing to be afraid of) the merchants sent to H. J! I personally heard a couple of times and many more told from vacationers.
