Were in this hotel for the second time. Everything was great last year, not much has changed this year. I will not write about the service, the hotel, the employees, since nothing has changed and everything is on top, there are no complaints. (Read my last year's detailed review of the hotel ("Super Rest"). True, this year we ate at the "Club Restaurant" - this is another plus. Since the service and atmosphere are better there. Everything is calmer, since there are few people, quiet and cosy.
What I didn't like this year is the animation. There were about 10 Russian and Ukrainian boys and girls. No excitement in the work, "glitter in the eyes", as they say, the feeling that everything was done under duress. You could only notice them by their uniforms, and they mostly walked in groups. Fortunately there is something to compare. Last year there were animations of 5 people - Egyptian guys and girls (she was a girl from Latvia or Lithuania, Ivana). They didn’t pull anyone by the hand, they didn’t bother, but at the same time they were in all corners of the beach, they communicated nicely with everyone and the vacationers just as actively made contact with them. This year, I can’t call this team even animation. On the very first evening show, the entire amphitheater sat in shock. It was a comedy show. In general, I did not like it.
As for excursions, this time we were in Luxor. Normal excursion, but very hot there. There is something to see and pay tribute to history. You can go once.

Last year I really liked the organization and work of the Tez Tour. This year the hotel guide disappointed. Hatim did not tell anything useful to the newcomers, there was a feeling that they were just selling excursions this year. There was a situation when a doctor was needed - call yourself, find out for yourself. We don't know anything. Although, some said that they were normal. Last year, Said was at his best.

It is a pity that there are few foreigners in the hotel, very few. Well, I don’t like the Russian contingent and that’s it. Although this time the redneck was much less. Again - it's amazing that they say that the hotel is not 5 *, but smaller and no one goes there. You compare, please, the price with others and draw the appropriate conclusions. According to the criteria "price / quality" this hotel is quite consistent with everything.
