What can I say - we got to this hotel by accident - we initially chose Sunny Days El Palacio, we were settled here, because the first one was overcrowded. Desert Rose was 200 euros more expensive per person than Sunny Days El Palacio (I saw this back in Kyiv), so they were only in favor of moving here (without any additional payments).
The hotel, service, territory, food, animation, disco - EVERYONE is 100% satisfied. They cleaned every day, the bed was changed every 2-3 days (and why more, do you climb in there in shoes or don’t you wash ??? ), towels were changed every day, cleaned well, despite the fact that the dollar was not always left. We had a good relationship with all the employees in bars, restaurants, canteens, on the beach, where towels were given out!! ! For this we did not pay them anything!! ! They were just people! They treated everyone politely, smiled - in response they received the same thing.
In the room every day brought 1.5 liters of water per room. Despite the fact that we accumulated 3-4 bottles of it, they brought it all the same. Once they even asked to pick it up, since there was nowhere to put it.

On the beach there are always free sunbeds and a bunch of free towels that you can take and return without fear that you might not have enough of them. We constantly handed over towels when we went to eat or to the room, and then freely took them when we went to the beach again.
They gave us good towels all the time and even reserved a table in the dining room, although we did not ask for it.
I am amazed by the reviews - "I had a rest - there was no animation, there was no music, etc. " - people, did you go to the beach after lunch or in the evening? ? animation began every day at 10-00 with a club dance, then exercises, volleyball, belly dance, water aerobics, Latin American dance courses... there was no passage from the animators, constantly they called somewhere (but there was no obsession - I didn’t want to go, no one dragged you by force), there WAS CONSTANTLY MUSIC on the beach... those who sang themselves (in one review they wrote that there was no animation, we had to entertain ourselves) - in they didn’t see the emphasis....but I would like to see)
Food: the food was excellent - the choice is huge - meat, fish, seafood, soups, potatoes, rice, pasta, you could always have a snack - either on the beach in bars or at the grill bar - you eat around the clock in this hotel. Fruits have always been - melons, watermelons, oranges, grapefruits, apples, peaches, grapes. Baking - there are no words to describe this yummy.
I didn’t like only juices, because they were like yuppies, fresh juices were paid (15 pounds in the city, fresh is brighter, it was 8 pounds), but there was a choice - Coca-Cola / Fanta / Sprite, regular soda, hibiscus tea. There were no lines for food or drinks. Alcohol - you can drink, like beer. it is best to mix cocktails. and those who say that it sucks - I saw what kind of sucks and how they got drunk there.
What can I say - everything is in order, the general manager and Co. constantly attended from the very morning in the dining room, on the beach, checked and monitored everything - what fell to the ground did not lie down for more than one minute - they immediately cleaned it up.

We had something open on the toilet lid, just opened the door to tell the staff about it, as he stood on the threshold (he saw when we were walking) and said that he would do everything in 10 minutes. Came in 5 minutes - everything was done in a minute. There was another case - they forgot the key in the door (for the loss of the key - a fine of 50 dollars). so an employee knocked on us and gave the key. Then we found it ourselves and gave a dollar, but we could lose 50. He did not beg for money and did not beg. There, even luggage is transported upon arrival and departure by typewriter. You can already thank the person who will lift it to your room or go down to pick it up at the entrance to the building.
The animation show is ok. on the second week it began to repeat itself, but what did you want - so that they would invent something for you for a month?
Children were given ice cream (free of charge - up to 12 years).
Pools - 3 to choose from, one Olympic size (if it's important to someone, but few people swam there). They cleaned them every evening, and during the day they constantly caught the leaves from the flowers. The pool, which is near the reception - shallow in places, which is good for children, near the palm trees - deep - there is a bar (drank and swam))), the second Olympic, and the third - with a variable depth. there were always the most people there - they played water polo, on the other hand children played (there was a slide for them). There was enough space for everyone. There are plenty of sunbeds near all the pools.
We lived in building 3, settled us there at no extra charge - the view was on the pool. Case 3 is good because it is located in the middle of the hotel territory - close to the sea and opposite the restaurant, and the 6th is just near the sea.
Sea: the lagoon is excellent, the sand (it is large in all hotels), the depth is gradual. If you want to watch the fish - go behind the bridges and there are corals.
Were in the city in the fish restaurant "El Mina" - super and inexpensive. It came out to 20 dollars per person, despite the fact that they ordered a bunch of dishes with squid, huge shrimp, lobsters and fish. Packed up with you.

Excursions: We went to 3 - coral reefs, pyramids and safaris. I visited the pyramids for the second time - I definitely won’t go again - nothing interesting (the first time you pay tribute to history), coral reefs - so-so, interesting, but a smaller copy was located behind the bridges in the hotel. Safari tour "White Sun of the Desert" - super. a lot of emotions, you don’t get tired, everything is positive. I recommend this trip. the tour is not boring, because it is dynamic: jeeps, quadrics, bugs, camels, an unforgettable mirage, Bedouins, a mini terrarium, etc. . .
If the guide offers a trip to the state store as a bonus, for souvenirs - I don’t advise you to take it - the prices are higher there and it’s no longer possible to bargain, it’s better to pay 3-4 dollars to the city, and there it all depends on your ability to bargain with the local population. Or there are souvenir shops opposite the hotel - you also need to bargain well there, the prices are lowered three times. and it's even better to go during the day, they have few customers - it's good to bargain. You can buy souvenirs near the pyramids (at the observation deck). but there it is good to look at them and bargain.
Separate respect for "Tez Tour" - everything was organized perfectly, our vacation went off with a bang. I didn't want to leave, I almost cried. I want back((((
ps I was most struck by the people who in the canteen took mountains of oranges into their bags, although this is not allowed, they collected mountains of food in plates, and then they left it all... is that not enough for you? and the fact that tourists come at 6 7 in the morning they put a scarf on the sunbed and leave, and then they come to the sea after 11 and all this time you can’t go to bed there, although there were always enough sunbeds, but the coolest ones (those right by the sea) occupied in this way....thank God that this "redneck" began to appear before our departure.
