This is not the first time in Egypt, so there is something to compare with. I didn’t know which hotel they would take me to. It turned out to be "Desert Rose".
We met well at the hotel, the guides fussed, helped to talk with the reception staff about a good room. The hotel area is beautiful, large, impressive. The rooms are good, the service is also good, the rooms were cleaned well. although you can swim. True, after two days of swimming I caught a cold. My husband said that the water is warmer in the sea. The food seriously let us down !! ! Whoever is going to travel with small children, take baby food with you, there is no children's menu at all, solid UPI and cola with sprite, no juices. Only freshly squeezed for an additional fee. Meals are the same every day. From meat chicken and fish, salads for dinner were made from what was left from lunch. Sweets are not tasty if they are not reported, so you need to go to the restaurant for lunch and dinner at the beginning. Delicious liver only on the Arabian night. From fruits - rotten oranges, normal tangerines and guava, for two days (in 11 days) they gave persimmons and dates for dinner, who managed to take it, and who didn’t - alas... Food is just for 3 balls .
How many vacations in Egypt I have never seen workers in the hotel during the day who clean the beaches and monitor the landscaping. In the same hotel, beach cleaning began at 10 o'clock, three in the evening, when watering plants and grass, it stank of fertilizers (chicken droppings). Therefore, all this overshadowed the rest a little , only the price of the tour was reassuring, where it is 50% less than usual. I’ll say it straight - the hotel doesn’t pull at all for 5 stars - only 4, but for food it’s 3.

If for the first time in Egypt and there is nothing to compare with, then it will do.
