Hello, I rested in this hotel in the fall of 2017. The territory is 5+. But no sea. The hotel has a lagoon/lake/large puddle, call it what you want, but the lagoon is not the sea. There are 2 approaches to the sea, right and left. between the approaches on the island there is a restaurant, connected by bridges. On the left (if you look at the sea) there is a fish restaurant and there is a good access to the sea, the pier from which you can also go into the sea. The corals are very weak, you can swim along the coast to the right approach. It is worse for entering the sea, there are large stones and you can injure your legs when you are agitated. For living it is more convenient not closer to the sea, but closer to the pool, not for swimming in the pool, but because in the evenings various interesting events take place nearby: musicians perform, often good ones, you can sit in an open restaurant to drink coffee or whatever you like. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, close to the sea from everywhere. And in the evening it is more pleasant to be closer to the center of events.

We lived in building 6, it is the farthest from the sea, well, 7-8 minutes to the lagoon and 10 minutes to the open sea. The building is a bit old in terms of furniture, but clean and quiet. No music from bars.
