an elderly man - a neighbor on the beach in El Gouna spoke well of this hotel, he talked about the canal with an octopus. I won’t say in the heat, I was in Hurghada in November and February, March.

otelchik nothing, just take rooms with sea views in the cottages, and the sea is nearby (although a bit small) and the lagoon right in front of your nose.
The heat is easier to bear than in Turkey, because it is dry in Egypt, but it is better to consult a doctor!!

it's better in Sharm,
Sheraton 5*,
Inter Plaza 5*,
Crown Plaza 5*,
Sierra 4*,
...

Thanks to raily for the suggestion, but we've already sorted out our resort and hotel choices. I'm interested in the weather in Hurghada.

...Honeymoon...but not in this hotel!!! Do not spoil your impressions of Egypt and your MM. And the heat is tolerated calmly - the climate is dry + breeze)))

If you have already decided on the hotel, then why are you asking? As for the weather, in February it was extremely hot there, so I don’t even want to know what the weather is like in August

Well, if you don't want to know about the weather in August, especially if you don't know, then why write...?? I don't understand.
I ask the question that interests me.
And in my opinion, I did not ask for advice on choosing a hotel ... I normally asked a question.
Forgive me if I wrote it is not clear for some.
Thank you for the answers of those who understand me!!

THE HOTEL IS EXCELLENT, WE HAVE RESTED THERE A YEAR AGO. impressions are great! THE MOST IMPORTANT - the lagoon. Very calm, good, just heaven! We lived in building 6000: close to a restaurant, a bar, a pool, and close to the sea. We think it was the best case. True, he had to pay extra at the reception. The room is spacious. Not a single negative moment. Do not listen to anyone, tune in to the positive and everything will be fine! We were in October. The heat was well tolerated. From about 12-15.00 it is very hot. You can sit in the shade or sleep. You did not go wrong with the choice of the hotel. I'm telling you exactly!!!!! Have a nice holiday

we left Hurghada on March 7 - by the end of the holiday there was nothing to breathe and we were very happy that we were flying home .. the sun bakes very much, the heat presses on the heart .. so if there are health problems, you need to at least take heart medication ..

In Egypt, even in July it is very comfortable. It will be hot in the sun, but there is always a breeze, so don't worry. The main thing is to stock up on tanning products with a high UV factor of at least 20 in the first days.
And the hotel, but it doesn’t pull on the top five, but the rooms are spacious, that’s for sure. The biggest minus of the hotel is boring. But for the honeymoon, I think it won’t hurt you to want to have fun somewhere :)))

Some people believe that the heat in Egypt in August is easier to bear than in Turkey or in our capitals.
But no tours.
Look at the August reviews for this particular hotel. Everyone is happy with the holiday

I advise you to go to Dana Beach on your honeymoon! This hotel is next to Desert Rose! Dana Beach is a much better hotel!

We rested in this hotel in February. It was the first time in Hurghada, before that I had a rest in Sharm. Of course, Sharm is richer and more interesting, but the hotel is good. The territory is simply huge! 3 pools, one of which is Olympic. on beautiful fish. The rooms are good, spacious, the best buildings 3 and 6, they are the closest to the lagoon and the sea. The territory has its own nightclub, shops, malls opposite the hotel, which is very convenient.
Excellent hotel for honeymoon.
The main thing is a great mood.
Good luck to you!!

Thank you all very much for your replies!
Now I have no doubts about our choice.))
I hope we don't burn in the sun.
We understand that it's still very hot there in August, but we don't want to go a month after the wedding, it's still a honeymoon...
And most importantly... we will stock up on a good mood, and I am sure that we will have a great time in this hotel.
Thanks again everyone!! I am very grateful to everyone that you responded!!

Due to the dry climate, the heat in Egypt is really easier to bear, the main thing is not to forget sun protection with a high protection factor.
аватар val0313
the hotel is cool, a normal choice .. advice: rent a yacht, you will have a wonderful rest on the sea all day ... for 450 Baku we rested on it all day ... there is a firm"Picasso " on the shore, and negotiate there .. bitterly.
аватар Karmel
Val0313. Why is it expensive for you to rent a yacht for Hurghada! She was all inclusive, right? :)))
аватар val0313
no, it’s normal, but what’s wrong? I thought it was not expensive .. in Turkey it cost 600
аватар Karmel
No, it's expensive for Egi. Highly. The price of the yacht for the whole dent is 300 maximum! :)))
