You are very lucky with your guide. When I arrived in April at the hotel, which I was praised for, I was just horrified! While I was waiting in the check-in hall, I tried to negotiate with a guide from Pegas Tourist to change this hotel to another, more decent one and with an extra charge. But the guide did not show any interest or attention .... he did not want to solve these issues at all. Although I know that he was obliged to help. Here, how lucky you are with a guide.
