We are flying on the 22nd, we take lined columbias, warm clothes. Swimwear is not necessary, I think, but a jacket is necessary :-)

Well, they don’t choose a birthday :-) I chose a better hotel, I don’t count on the weather, and I’m preparing for bad weather so that there won’t be disappointment like on my 40th birthday. So, Elena, don't worry :-) Everything will be fine. The weather in Egypt in winter is VERY unstable. The sun may fry under 30, the next day it may rain. So what? The hotel has swimming pools, the sea in Hurghada is warmer than anywhere else, now it is 24-25 degrees. I don’t promise you summer, but late spring will definitely be :-) Somewhere our end of May-beginning of June, if you are from Russia, then your July, somewhere such weather. In order not to be disappointed, take warm clothes FOR THE EVENING. Here we have jackets with fleece lining: a nice deal. You can wear it together for an autumn-winter option, from home to the airport and back. Then you can put on a separate outer jacket for rain and strong wind, it is like a windbreaker, and a fleece blouse can also be worn separately, just like a light blouse. We always take these jackets with us when we go in winter, autumn or spring. It’s also good to take disposable film caps, colored ones like that. It's also handy to run in the rain.
Just be prepared for a change in the weather and that's it :-) In general, it's much warmer there, and the SEA, and more fun, and in general the trip itself is fun entertainment :-)

I can say about the hotel: the entertainment there is higher than the roof! Not 5 * of course, but food, drink and entertainment abound! Huge beach!
