The number of rooms for a weak C grade - constant dampness, mosquitoes, the room does not provide a TV remote control, toothbrushes, toothpaste.
While my wife and I were at dinner, the door to our room was forced open. They stole valuable equipment, cash and everything that was of any value.
Everything happened three days before departure, during this time the hotel staff instantly ceased to be Russian-speaking (even English was immediately forgotten, only Spanish), no one even hinted at any compensation, “an investigation is underway, ” our tour operator explained...
Simultaneously with ours, on the same evening, the numbers of our compatriots in other buildings were hacked, equipment, money, and valuables were stolen.
