Fruits - melon, overripe watermelon, sometimes pineapple, mango, passion fruit, unripe tangerines. Near the pool and on the ocean there are not enough sunbeds, there are no towels for everyone either! A la carte restaurants are full. Registration is not possible, there are always no places. The staff does not speak Russian, many do not speak English either. All requests are fulfilled very slowly, they often forget, they don’t want to do anything for free, they behave as if we also owe them. Things in the laundress could not pass 3 days! They could not bring the unfortunate form, but at the reception they did not give it in their hands. Representatives of Anex - Eugene and Olga, is also a separate issue. Hams, rude people, are not always in place. All Russian tourists spat and resented! Throughout the rest, they were only rude, asked to resolve our problem with a gift for the newlyweds, to which Olga replied that this was a free compliment, so there was nothing to be indignant about and left. They offer excursions with a 200% cheat and photo shoots for $ 250. Don't see me! Everything is much cheaper! The staff, the tour operator and the hotel itself left a not very pleasant memory. We will never recommend you to friends! The Dominican Republic is beautiful, but you spoil it with your terrible work! We will be back, but we will bypass the Sirenis staff and the rudeness of Anex.
