And by the way, we paid extra for a superior room! but, as it turned out, it differs only in that it should have an iron, which they never brought us, and a coffee maker, which does not work at all. Tea and coffee have never been updated, that is, probably 2 bags, they have it for 2 weeks of vacation for 3 people. Towels, by the way, are yellow, with stains, very scary. We thought that maybe we were so unlucky with the number - they asked to change it at the reception, with grief they showed us 2 more rooms, and everything is the same there, even the elevator didn’t work somewhere, and we couldn’t do without a stroller. T. e. the entire half of the Kokotel hotel has such terrible rooms, the side that is repaired is the Tropical on the left hand, but neither Anex nor Pegasus are accommodated in it. while at the reception they were waiting for the keys, several people came running in the same horror and demanded to change the rooms.
