No one will give them an invitation on an official letterhead, but they cannot write a letter in German by hand, certify it with a notary. Regarding money, not just an account, but a bank statement for 3 months, i.e. you can't deposit money a week ago. As for the deadlines, both you and your girlfriends can write any term (up to 90 days), most importantly, the same, for example. from May 2011 for 30 days, and at the embassy as they wish, but you can ask. you are confusing TA and Agencies that open Schengen visas. TA specializes more in tours. and agencies do not give guarantees either. anyway, it's up to you. but if TA opens a visa for you to some Poland, and you wave to Germany, you will have problems.
