For several years I have been working for Classic Travel, a tour operator in Israel. But before that she worked in a travel agency, so she has experience in selling not only hotels in Israel, but also in many other countries.
This time my husband and friends and I decided to spend the New Year in Prague.
We chose the hotel based on its location, so that it could be reached on foot from the center, we also wanted coziness and comfort, and at the same time a minimum cost for living. Royal Court just met all these requirements. The rooms are small, but considering that in Prague you only come to the hotel to spend the night, it's not scary. But quite comfortable. Breakfast from 7 to 10:30, varied, you won’t stay hungry, although there were days when we came for breakfast, and the dishes were not replenished, although it was 9:00 on the clock. Then only porridge, yoghurts, eggs, bread and hot drinks are left for you.

There is a SPA on the 6th floor. Cost for 2 hours 40 euros (1 hour - 24 euros), maximum for 4 people, Thai massage can be ordered on request. It is located on a quiet Venzigov street, our room was on the first floor, overlooking the street, but we did not experience any noise or discomfort.
The hotel staff is Russian-speaking, ready to consult on all issues at any time of the day.
There are many restaurants nearby, prices are lower than in the center. To the metro and tram stop 10 min. on foot. For those who plan to travel from Prague by train or bus, the central railway station is located nearby. Walk 25 minutes, taxi - 100 CZK.
The dishes in the restaurants are huge, you can order one for two, and for the company several different dishes, and diversify your lunch or dinner without overeating. One dish costs from 150-250 kroons, closer to the center from 300-360 kroons. The exchange rate of 1 euro is approximately 27.34 crowns. Beer 0.5 l. 30-40 crowns.
The New Year was celebrated at the Louvre restaurant, where an entertainment program was held and our dear compatriots surrounded us. Everything was wonderful! Fireworks in Prague are officially organized on January 1 at 18:00. Very nice! The hotel offers different options for a boat trip along the Vltava, you can choose the menu if you wish. Everything is booked and paid by card on the company's website. We opted for the Jazz Boat + light dinner, drinks not included. The cost per person is 185 CZK. We spent a wonderful evening starting from 20:00-23:00. Live music, evening Prague around.
I also advise you to take a walk in Vysehrad on your own. On the territory there is a functioning monastery, an ancient cemetery, beautiful parks, a church, a chapel and
Excellent panoramic view of Prague. Vacation was a success!
