The hotel meets you with a steep staircase, there is not even an elementary device for lifting a suitcase on wheels, you have to drag it manually. Among the guests was a family with a small child, it is very uncomfortable for them with a stroller. They say that this is the building of the former royal court. More like a prison building with small solitary cells. Our room was so small that a standard-size suitcase brought into it blocked movement around the room, we had to step over it. An attempt to turn on the heater ended in a blackout in the room. An electrician was called and fixed the problem. After an evening walk around Prague, a cool shower did not please. The staff explained the lack of hot water with a lack of power, advised to take a shower in the morning.
Breakfast is good, staff is polite and friendly. We believe that the hotel does not correspond to the declared category (4 *). We advise you to choose another hotel.
