The only and indisputable plus of the hotel is its location, it is possible, without resorting to public transport services, to get to any point of the Old City. The staff speaks Russian, but do not expect friendliness, a desire to help and other amenities from the Czechs, ask, they will answer, do not expect initiatives. The rooms are cleaned every day, but only in conspicuous places, towels are changed every 2-3 days, shampoo and soap, do not wait. Very uncomfortable flat pillows that are not comfortable to sleep on at all. In general, the interior of the hotel resembles a Soviet sanatorium of the late 90s. The food does not shine with variety, the same thing every day, though in large quantities (eggs, sausages, muesli, cuts....tea, coffee, juices), the dining room is also not very clean, but there is WI-FI and this cannot but rejoice.
Summing up, I’ll say: if comfort is not the main thing for you, then this is your hotel, using it you can save a lot for additional excursions (for example, a 2-day excursion to Paris from Prague costs about 160 euros), if comfort is important, choose Ibis, it is located at 3 minutes walk from Akha, but there 4 * and everything is completely different.
