Good hotel, polite and inconspicuous staff, mostly Russian speaking. Breakfast did not differ in variety from day to day, but tasty and there is plenty to choose from.
The room is large enough, the plumbing is in excellent condition. Every day, if necessary, supplemented with soap/shampoo. Towels are changed upon request (at least that's what it said, but we never asked).
On the day of departure, the plane was late in the evening, so things were left in the storage room at the hotel reception, we were not charged a penny for this.
A huge fat plus is the location of the hotel. 3 minutes to the metro station / bus station "Florenz", 5 minutes to the Powder Tower.
Minus - free Wi-Fi is available only in the lobby at the reception.
