The hotel was chosen on the recommendation of the travel agency manager, and as always, she was right. The location is great - far from civilization on the mountain. Walking several times a day to the colonnade with springs did not harm us - 15 minutes walk one way, 20 minutes back. It was possible to use the free bus number 2, but only for those guests who included treatment in the package.
We flew a / c "Russia", everything is clear, without delay. Met, placed in buses, go for about 20 minutes. Host Terma Travel. But... the driver made a little mistake and brought us to the Blue House building. Naturally, no one was waiting for us there, and at 6 am local time, we crawled along the passages with our suitcases to get to our Green House. In the Green House we were quickly issued, given the keys to the room, told how to get to the restaurant and to the nurse. We booked a standard room and got a two-room suite. The situation in the room is more than decent, a small balcony, double-glazed windows, a free safe, the plumbing worked flawlessly, the furniture is new, comfortable, 2 TVs, 2 refrigerators. Separate toilet and bathroom with washbasin, small entrance hall. Wi-fi was excellent in the room, free of charge. Bathrobes and slippers are also provided. So are shampoos, shower gels, body conditioner, cotton swabs, pads and shower caps. Everything is replenished without a reminder.
The restaurant we had was "Melody", or rather there are 2 of them - one is bigger. the other is smaller. difference in working hours. The food is excellent, tasty, high quality, fruit was enough. Despite the cold season and low season, we were given watermelons, pineapples and strawberries. Drinks are free at breakfast only. Near the restaurant there was a supply of mineral water - spring 1 - Geyser - "C".

Our package included 32 treatments per week. After receiving a doctor at the reception, guests receive a "procedure plan". If something does not suit someone, then at an intermediate appointment you can tell the doctor and he will cancel and prescribe something else. You need to come to the procedures 5 minutes before they start, if the guest is late, then the procedure time can be reduced or completely refused.
Nice swimming pool with warm mineral water, jacuzzi, saunas. Towels and sheets are provided.
We took excursions from the host. We went to Prague - 26 euros from the nose and to Nuremberg for 37 euros. Lunch is not included in the tour. The buses are very comfortable. The guides are wonderful. On the eve of the tour, the restaurant ordered a dry ration, which was received at the reception in the morning - a sandwich, 2 apples, a muesli bar and a bottle of water. On Saturday, the restaurant opens at 6 am, you can come to drink coffee and tea and have a light snack before the tour or for those who have an early departure.
In general, if you do not particularly find fault, then everything is fine. But still about the shortcomings, some, in my opinion, significant, I will say.
1. Lack of coolers on the floors. There are no electric kettles in standard and superior rooms, not everyone will drag one with them, and kettles are prohibited. In the evening or early in the morning, drinking tea or just warm boiling water is a problem.
2. There is no clear regulation on the duration of procedures. The staff drives as they want - today the massage of the collar zone lasts 10 minutes, tomorrow 15. And no one really knows how much is allotted.
3. I understand that the FB concept does not include free drinks at dinner and lunch, but can at least ordinary water, without gas, be included in the free package? A bottle of mineral water with a capacity of 0.33 costs 30 kroons - this is about 60 rubles in our rubles. And I don’t need such a volume..... Whoever needs beer-juice-cola will order it anyway.
