The hotel is located directly opposite the Mill Colonnade, where most of the springs are located. This is a huge plus. If you find it difficult to walk, then Colonada is the right hotel for you. At rather small tables, 4 people are seated, and an outsider can be seated at your table. This is when the halls are 40% full. There are only two waiters that I would like to praise. A pleasant middle-aged man and a dark-haired girl, they were friendly, they had time for everything. As for others, there was outright rudeness. The tall fair-haired waitress serving in the small hall, in our opinion, simply hates Russians. You wait 30-40 minutes for hot dishes ordered in advance, a loud and long conversation with a colleague from another room did not allow us to hear those sitting at the table. Knives and forks are simply thrown onto the table. They do not respond to comments. The desire to come to the hotel restaurant is enough for 3-4 days, but people come for a treatment course for 10-14 days.
The rooms are relatively small, very uncomfortable pillows, lack of air conditioning (if you are going in the summer), the rooms are cleaned daily and of high quality. Bathroom accessories are replenished daily, linen is changed every 3-4 days. There is no possibility to make tea or coffee in the rooms.
Sanatorium procedures and their appointments are also a separate issue. The head doctor of the sanatorium, in our opinion, does not have the necessary competence, and for consultations with narrow specialists he offers to go to the medical center for 1600 crowns, which in principle can be good, but this center is a "complete scam". So if there are specialists already familiar to you, it is better to consult with them.
The doctor of the sanatorium prescribes procedures on the 4th floor, the schedule of these procedures is made on the 0th floor, and they are taken on the 4th, and on the 0th, and on the 1st through 4th. The first days you stray in the floors.
The most important plus of the resort is its proximity to the springs. And about the cons, in principle, you can forget if you came to drink this wonderful water.

There were many cases when the waitress did not clean the dishes, you sit and there are 10 plates around you. the massage therapist must be sure to say that you would like a massage not for 15 minutes, but 20 (as expected). Basically, we were in horror, they hate Russians, it's a fact. special thanks to the waiter, very attentive and kind, and also to the kitchen manager. (dark girl)

True, I had to ask for more procedures, because at first it turned out to be nothing at all. the treatment is good, with the exception of some procedures, the nurses who work for the fuck off. for some reason, men work more conscientiously, at least it was the case with me. one massage therapist does a great massage - he went through all the muscles on my sore back, special thanks to him. there are no problems with transferring procedures and you don’t have to pay for anything, as well as for food in a restaurant, as it is written in reviews of other hotels. service - no faults, cleaning daily, linen changed every four days. very friendly all the staff. we rested in a double room with a child - the room is large superior, the only minus is the windows to the courtyard, and the courtyard rests immediately from the window 5 meters into the wall - but this is nonsense after the first impression, they simply didn’t look out the window and that’s it - there are enough impressions on the street. In general, the price-quality ratio is the best, in my opinion. Moreover, only after the restoration in the hotel it is beautiful, dignified, I have never regretted my choice. rested with the travel agency "give you the world" - also no complaints, and the host party - empire spa travel - without complaints, all issues were settled in just a couple of seconds, they went towards everything. In general, everything went just fine, thank you all.
