Не советую отель Английский двор I do not recommend English Court Hotel

After reading good reviews, we went to the English Court Hotel for two weeks. The Superior room did not live up to our expectations, small, overlooking a blank wall, the light barely penetrated the windows, it was impossible to open the window, so the kitchen is nearby and all the smells will be in the room. Five days there was no hot water, every day they complained to the reception, in response - everyone has it, so you are all right, and only when they made a scandal, they sent a plumber who admitted that it was very difficult to do anything, raised t in the boiler and almost every day he came and twisted something in the room and in the basement, so that at least somehow you could take a shower. There was no treatment, the staff was angry and lazy, nothing would be done without a surcharge. Many of the residents did not understand why such wonderful reviews on the internet. The only thing that was excellent was the food, tasty and varied, and wonderful friendly restaurant staff. I liked it in KV, but I don’t recommend this terrible hotel to anyone.
