We just returned from Cyprus :) We rested in Protaras at the Golden Beach 4 * hotel. Quiet place, there are few entertainments in the area, mostly fields, for restaurants and shops you need to take a bus to the city, which was not a problem. The main audience is families with small children and Europeans over 40-50. The restaurant has live music every evening. There is animation. For party lovers, Ayia Napa is a good choice. In general, Ayia Napa and Protaras are good beaches with light sand. Ayia Napa has Nisi Beach, we were there - it's just a fairy tale! Take any hotel on this beach, you won't regret it! Limassol is an excellent resort, a big city where there is something to see and where to walk, but the sand on the beaches there is black (they say it is useful). Paphos is also valued as a resort, but it will be more expensive.

Soon we are going to rest in Turkey, and in the summer I really wanted to see Cyprus (I have never been). According to the reviews and photos, I also fell in love with the Nissi Beach Hotel (Ayia Napa), I already just see myself there))))) and was pleasantly surprised that I was not alone. "Nissi Beach" 4* excellent hotel! Next time I will take it! A chic garden, cages with parrots in the garden, and pelicans that walk around the hotel, according to tourists, even go to restaurants :))) We specially went there to take pictures of them, but we didn’t see them - they meanly hid from us! It's one thing to live there, and another thing to come for a couple of hours "on an excursion" :) There is also Nissiana 3 * nearby, and Adams Beach 5 *.
