I rested in Paphos in August 2010. The water was like fresh milk (somewhere around 35 C). For me, the water temperature seemed a bit high, I would prefer 25-27 C! So don't worry, it won't be cold!

I can’t say about Paphos - I haven’t been to Larnaca, Ayia Napa, Paralimni - 30-35 C. It’s even easier and better in the Water than on land - it’s not so hot. I won’t tell you about humidity either, I didn’t pay much attention.
