Well, about decent 3 stars (in Limassol), I doubt it very much. my wife is not spoiled by tourism - in addition to Cyprus, only Turkey and Egypt. I got the opinion that Cyprus is a resort for people with above-average incomes. As one tourist wrote here on the site ".. for people who can spend 100 euros per day per person, without regret. "I can give one advice (if you have not been to Cyprus yet) - you either need to know English well, or find out from friends or acquaintances (this mainly concerns shopping and especially any cafes) where, what and how much it is better to take near your hotel (with local dishes you can easily get into trouble).
