In general, I want to say that you will really enjoy your vacation and you will want to return there more than once :-). But remember, Cyprus is not Turkey and Egypt, there is no “fashionableness” so to speak, this is Europe and everything is different there. Cyprus is one of the safest countries, there is practically no crime, so you can safely go even alone and walk at night, no one will touch you with a finger. We left all things on the sun loungers (video camera, mobile, camera) and went swimming and no theft, although I do not exclude that there are "people" who are capable of this even in Cyprus :-).
