BUT since it flew on May - these bastards added seats to the rows, emergency exits were forced, confusion on the plane starting from the 5th row - no one could find a place because there were more rows than numbers. above me was not a button to call the stewardess, not an air regulator, even the row number was missing. sat between. there was no legroom at all, although I flew from Germany with the same Boeing and there was plenty of space. This is at least contrary to the rules of air transportation.

Try to fly Aegean from Zhulyan, they seem to be already flying in that direction. Both the prices and the food will pleasantly surprise you. Although I agree with the previous author that Mau has very good dinners and they even offer alcohol if there is no turbulence. Would you fly with the former Aerosvit or Trans avia, at the same prices as UIA, but with one small sandwich and mineral water without gas .. then UIA would seem like a fairy tale to you! Bartlovska - I wrote about Turkish Airlines, not UIA. worse than the Mau, I haven't flown yet. especially if you take the price-quality ratio. and there is no alcohol on board, and several times during the flight the "cute" voice of the stewardess in the dynamics reminds of this. we even had a conflict with them on the Kyiv-Abu Dhabi route about this.

Just terrible customer service! If I had a choice, I would not have flown through this company in my life. 09/13/2014 at 06:20 there was supposed to be a flight Tel Aviv - Kyiv (Borispol), three hours before the flight, i.e. at three in the morning, we arrived at the airport, without explanation, we were told that this flight was canceled, and the next one would be at 14:15. The UIA company did not even deign to WARN about the cancellation of the flight!!!! Freezing until the morning (at the Tel Aviv airport, being for a long time, because we did not expect to be there for more than 3 hours), we went to the information center, asking for at least some information, we heard all our questions only one answer, call your company, we asked for a phone, according to the code of Ukraine and the Rules for air transportation, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine No. 216 dated 04/23/10, we have the right to 2 calls, we were refused!!!! We only had mobile phones, so we could not call the UIA landline phone. We turned to the representative of the UIA company, located at the airport, she said that she had no time to deal with us. We "wandered" around the airport, thanks to the irresponsibility and carelessness of UIA, for 11 hours. For all requests for drinks, etc. due to passengers of canceled flights, we were denied. I would like to ask the management of the company why such a negligent attitude towards passengers, to put it mildly? We didn't even get a call or an apology! This is "service"! I would like to remind you about the rights of passengers: Passenger's rights in case of flight cancellation.
When canceling a flight, the carrier is obliged to offer the passenger:
refund of the full cost of the ticket within seven days;
change of route;
compensation in accordance with the Rules for the carriage of passengers.
The passenger is entitled to compensation if he was not informed about the cancellation of the flight:
2 weeks before the scheduled departure time;
no more than 2 weeks and no less than 7 days before the scheduled departure time, and a change of route is proposed, which will make it possible to depart from the departure point no later than two hours before the scheduled departure time and arrive at the final destination no later than four hours after the scheduled time of arrival;
less than seven days before the scheduled time of departure, and a re-routing is proposed, which will make it possible to leave the point of origin no later than one hour before the scheduled time of departure and arrive at the final destination no later than two hours after the scheduled time arrival.

Compensation amounts
EUR 250 for flights with a range of 1,500 kilometers or less;
400 euros - for flights with a range of 1500 to 3500 kilometers;
600 euros - for flights with a range of more than 3,500 kilometers.
The carrier has the right to reduce the amount of the specified compensation by 50 percent if the passenger is offered to change the transportation route to his destination with alternative flights, the arrival time of which does not exceed the scheduled one:
for two hours - for flights with a range of up to 1500 kilometers;
for three hours - for flights with a range of 1500 to 3500 kilometers;
four hours for other flights.
The carrier is not obliged to pay compensation if it can provide evidence that the reason for the cancellation of the flight was an emergency that could not have been prevented, even if all necessary measures were taken.
If the passenger agreed to continue the journey along the changed route, the carrier is obliged to provide the passenger free of charge:
meals and soft drinks in proportion to the waiting time for a new flight;
accommodation in a hotel in the event that passengers are forced to wait for departure for one or more nights or if the additional waiting time for departure is longer than expected;
two telephone calls or telex, fax or e-mail messages, if there are airport technical conditions for this;
ground transfer on the route airport - hotel - airport.
If the carrier does not fulfill its obligations, the passenger may apply to him with a written claim and with a demand for compensation for the losses incurred by the passenger.
