We stayed at this hotel in May 2011. The hotel is not bad, the rooms are clean, spacious enough, good furniture, air conditioning works properly. A bit old plumbing. Breakfasts and dinners - a buffet, not bad for Europe. Small, clean pool. The territory itself is buried in flowering oleanders. Very friendly staff. Jenny, the owner of the hotel, speaks good Russian. In other matters, there are no problems with the language in Ayia Napa at all, it seems that every 3rd one speaks Russian, unlike Paphos. The sea is excellent, clean beach. The beach is public, for sunbeds and umbrellas you will need to pay about 5 euros. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk from the hotel to the beach, it can take longer, depending on which road you choose. I really liked Ayia Napa itself, but there are also disadvantages: there is a lot of fast food, and if you eat in a normal restaurant, it is quite expensive. But if you find a cafe, somewhere not in a resort place (take a car), you can eat not expensive, but very tasty!
