1. As you arrive, you will immediately see the reception where you will be met by not very friendly staff, they will give you bracelets and tell you to wait. Immediately prepare for the fact that the first time they will not give a normal number and you will have to change it several times. But when, nevertheless, you decide, a Cuban will take you to him, but he will not help you with things! So go through the stairs to carry everything yourself
2. Hotel ambiance: it's like an old Soviet camp, where half of the halls are not used, because it's too big, and there are not so many people. Of course, perhaps they tried to update the repair, but he was already all killed.

3. Room: old, not cleaned. We lived in an improved one and we had at least a balcony, our friends lived in a regular one and, to be honest, you wouldn’t wish this on your enemy. The bathroom is all cracked, there is no balcony, the beds are old.
4. Room cleaning: you can forget about this at all. Towels were not changed, one set is given for two people. one big and one small. And get out how you want. Most hit when at the end of the rest they stopped putting toilet paper. But they made swans on the bed almost every day. As you could already understand, the floors, of course, were not washed and the dust was not wiped.
5. There is absolutely no logistics in the hotel, it is very large and it takes a very long time to go to any place. For example, from the room to the sea go min 15. Go to the dining room min 10. There are no golf carts. There are no elevators at all, every day I had to walk several times a day from the 4th floor to the 1st and so on.

7. A la carte restaurants: The fish was still nothing. But in Italian, I beg you not to go. Spoiled pasta was brought to my husband, but fortunately there was milk sauce and he immediately felt it. I had tomato sauce and, unfortunately, I didn’t feel anything and then it was bad for 3 days.
8. Let's talk about food in general. Of course, there is a lot of food, but it is not all tasty. I read reviews and people were so enthusiastic about seafood - I don’t know what to admire there, because they weren’t cooked, almost raw. Therefore, it seems like a lot of food, but in the end, you put very little on the plate.
9. Pool: Regular, lots of Canadians who sit there all day

As a result of the holiday, we did not like it. There were a lot of negative things about the hotel. Before the trip, I read many reviews and there were both positive and negative. And believe me, for a person who just returned, there is nothing positive there and he is not worth his money at all. We took it only because friends were already resting there and we wanted to be in the company, but believe me, it's better to pay extra and go more to a new hotel!
