Upon arrival at the hotel, we were seated quickly. True, the reception makes money on tourists - they offered to pay an additional 10 pesos per day for a room overlooking the beach. It's up to everyone here whether they agree or not. Additional bedding (for a child) waited 2 hours, 3 times going to the reception.

Food - didn't like it. Often came across sour foods (tomatoes, corn, peppers). The food is the same every day. People are walking in droves. Sometimes they saw a picture - the doors of the dining room (you can’t call it otherwise) are closed, visitors are waiting for their turn to get breakfast, lunch. Feeling like you're in a hive. A la carte restaurants: the first day we went to the El Marino restaurant - on the menu 1 salad, 1 first, 1 second. It is called - you want to eat, you want not to eat. It was disgustingly prepared. The next day we had dinner at the Oshin Chinese Restaurant. I can say I was pleasantly surprised. Delicious varied menu - everyone liked it. Steakhouse - also pleased, the meat was cooked deliciously. I can't say anything about other restaurants - we didn't visit.
Beach. In the morning they always plow, but this does not really help. Because after the parties on the beach there are glasses, plates, pipes, mountains of gobies... The entrance to the sea is excellent, gentle.
The territory of the hotel. Used cups, plates, straws can lie on the lawn all day long. On the paths, after the wind, huge dry palm leaves lie all day long. only a couple of times I saw when they cleaned the territory.
Room service. The minibar comes with 3 bottles of water. Everything. The loud name of the mini-bar. No juice, no soda... the maid, cleaning the room, often "forgot" to wipe the puddle from the air conditioner. Tips were left for the first 5 days, after they stopped, because they did not earn them. There was only one maid - an exception, she worked her tips for 5+. She called an electrician - he replaced the burnt out light bulbs, called a repairman who fixed the air conditioner (a puddle stopped forming). In general, we need more such responsible ladies.
Number. The furniture is old, the bedside tables are crooked, 2 beds are connected side by side - it’s not realistic to snuggle up to each other, and there wasn’t enough space on one bed. walls with decoration of the distant USSR. On the terrace, for 10 days, the floors were never washed, and the dead birds that had been killed were not even removed (after a rainstorm). They wrote on the site that the junior suite is 46 sq. blatant lie. from the strength of 30 square meters (these are 2 rooms).
In general, the last trip was somewhat disappointing, I will never go to big and old hotels again.
