I didn’t take excursions in Bulgaria ... I didn’t consider it necessary ... But I went to Istanbul with pleasure for 2 days (exactly 2, because one will not be enough). This trip was suggested by our Bulgarian guide (in 2008 it was 100 euros). This included a sightseeing tour of Istanbul. Additionally, we took a walk along the Bosphorus. And the rest of the trips (additional excursion 20 euros) were not taken (you don’t run into much), we went ourselves. and much cheaper. Go to the archaeological museum, I really liked it.

P.S. As for restaurants - it's a little expensive in Golden Sands. My friend and I went to the resort of St. Helena and Konstantin by bus (she participated in the conference), and so it really was cheaper there (2-3 times, 2008). many restaurants.
