If I understand correctly, this is a hotel in the Chaika district and it is 10-15 kilometers from Varna. So the Chaika area is a slope overgrown with weeds, among which hotels are located. As such, no hotel has a territory there: a hotel building, a swimming pool, a lazy veranda and a few trees.
