There is practically no yard (we walk past it every day - a small pool and a tiny green perimeter), you are 500 meters from the beach, probably off-road (gravel road). The beach is ok but not typical Bulgarian, but spontaneous, new, descending steep steps - a narrow strip of sand on the right and stones on the left. The entrance to the sea is ideal in some places, in some places there is an obstacle course from one to three meters in the form of silt and stones! Further perfect! sand. The entrance to the sea is gentle - there is a sandy spit 15 meters or more wide.
