I'll start by saying that I stayed two years in a row in this hotel with my family. To be honest, when I first got into a hotel of this level, I was in amazement, because before that I had a vacation in a camp site in Koblevo and in a sanatorium somewhere at 3 * in Sudak. So, first I’ll describe the hotel itself, since I didn’t observe any special changes in two years...
Territory and location: located in a quiet and cozy village away from the noise. The hotel stands, as it were, on a hill above the sea, to which you descend on one of the four elevators in a huge tower connected to the main building by bridges. Down to the beach, untouched nature - I will never forget how one late evening I went out onto the balcony and was surprised to see frolicking ferrets jumping into the next room in a businesslike way! Residential buildings stretch to the left and right from the main entrance (reception), where there is also a lobby bar, below is a restaurant, even lower is a gym, an administration office and a transition to nearby buildings, on the second floor from the beach there is a shop. The territory itself is small, as they say "there is nowhere to roam": an amphitheater, to which a picturesque wooden path leads, a large swimming pool and a children's pool (there is a bar) and a beach bar nearby. If you go outside the hotel, you can of course walk to the nearest Caesar and Fort Knox, where there is a huge park.
Amenities: The room we had was wonderful! Double room with sea view. A normal-sized bathroom (of course with a hairdryer, only the hose fell off sometimes)), one large bedroom with a double bed (bedside tables in both rooms), another smaller one with two single beds, a living room with a sofa (although it turned out to be broken by the second visit, but not the trouble is, we didn’t lay it out in principle) and armchairs and how could it be without a TV on the table (by the way, the first Russian channel was quite enough), a refrigerator, in the corridor there is a wardrobe and a safe, a full-length mirror, a small balcony with plastic chairs and a table and dryer. As for cleaning: they did it conscientiously, at first they even made figurines from towels (if you want, leave a tip and they will impose a whole palace on you)). BUT: consider the time - if you come from the beach or are busy, you can skip the cleaning (but it also depends on which room you live in, the closer - the sooner they will clean it).

Beach: absolutely delight! Big, clean, there were always enough sun loungers. Rescuers guarded - sometimes you swim a little deeper - they are already jumping up and whistling at full speed)) I remember only one minus - one night it was stormy (which is not typical for this place, the sea is usually calm around the clock) and in the morning caused a lot of algae to the shore - the floor thumped so much in the morning, it was impossible to breathe, I had to escape and climb to the pool ((
Entertainment: I will say right away - this is a hotel for a relaxing family holiday, and if you want discos until the morning - this is for you in Sunny Beach : ). Animators take care of children: they play polo together, and paint faces, and arrange competitions (I won’t say anything more about this - we don’t have small ones, but one thing is for sure: children, from small to great, never left the workers for a minute and everywhere they were rushed about with joyful faces even outside the entertainment program). In the evenings, the amphitheater hosts comic shows, children's discos, and about once every 10 days they hold a festive evening of national dances (this is great - well done! ) On the beach, you can shoot with a bow or a gun under the very strict guidance of animators. For those who are especially active and informative, I can advise you to sail to Nessebar (tickets are sold at the issuance of beach towels, and the pier is very close to the hotel), or use the catalog of excursions near the counter.
Meals: buffet - there is a buffet! Variety of dishes: soups, side dishes, meats, live cooking, salads. . . Breakfast was repeated every day, but there was plenty to choose from, and you could also take pancakes only from the frying pan. A separate word for sweets: cakes of our own production - this is something! There is always fruit, ice cream, various dressings and spices to taste and do not forget about the delicious wine standing in barrels. Parents will be pleased with the children's corner with tiny tables and special chairs for the little ones, though I didn’t notice much children’s food there: french fries, some kind of buns, and with milk there is generally tense. There is one more thing: you need to come on time, otherwise there is a chance not to find a free table.
Service: the only thing is that by the end of the season, their obvious fatigue and even some “lack of interest” in the case are noticeable (I can judge, because I was there in June and August).

A significant MINUS that I can point out is the travel. I don’t know if this is purely related to the travel agency or the hotel too, but…
We went for the first time then by bus (the next one too) - we decided to save money. Terribly uncomfortable, shaking for more than a day, add more heat and get exhausted tourists. So plus everything, as it turned out later, we were driven by some inexperienced drivers who for a long time could not find the border point for leaving Ukraine... found a way out. In addition, we were brought not to the hotel itself, but to some 3 * Balkans, and then they say get on your own. Fortunately, there were taxi drivers nearby and somehow agreeing, we still got to the hotel. But on the second time, this was not the case, although we had transfers, they corrected us almost to the very doorstep. Conclusion: once at a time it’s not necessary, but I think it’s better by plane))
To sum up, this is still a very good place to relax!
