We rested at the Paradise beach hotel for the second time. We were here last year and decided to do it again this year. From August 8 to August 18.2024. We have a large family (my 2 sisters, brother and I with our families) - 14 people. It was my birthday and I thought it would be unforgettable at this hotel. And so it happened, only in a negative way.
Let's start from the beginning: the sun loungers on the beach are occupied by people in the evening, and by the same people. To our question at the reception: could it be that people who once occupied sunbeds on the beach when checking into a hotel simply do not remove their things from them in principle, we were told that they do not have such a person as to vacate the sunbeds at night or in the morning, so like there is no one on them. Although last year it turns out there was such a person, because they didn’t occupy sunbeds like that.
For cleaning. The rooms were cleaned every day, the bed in one of our rooms (we had 4) was changed once in 10 days, in other rooms the bed was not changed even once.

Bulgaria is not the first country where I come and usually every hotel tries to make the guest’s birthday special, which cannot be said about this hotel(. In the evening I asked the administrator of the beach restaurant (Irina) to move the tables (once during the entire vacation - 10 days) , so that we could all sit together. To this she categorically said no, not on the terrace. I asked if this could be done somewhere in a beach restaurant, not on the terrace, she replied that it was impossible. a compromise, to offer something, her advice was: come before everyone else and take a seat yourself, but on different tables, because you can’t move them even at the end of the hall. It was sad and not pleasant, but it was even worse to come to this restaurant. that evening and saw a large group of people in the center of the terrace (5 tables were standing together). I approached the administrator and asked how it was. She replied: the director was on vacation.
If in this hotel the owner writes rules that he himself does not follow, the employee does not find how to get out of an uncomfortable situation, I don’t even know what upset me more: Irina’s incompetence or the owner’s inability to run a business. Therefore, think several times whether it is worth going to a place where you will not be respected...I would not recommend anyone to those who make special dates of guests “unforgettable”!
