We are going for 14 days with a teenage daughter, I want not only to warm my belly, but also to see something. Recommend interesting excursions.

The trip to Istanbul for 1 day (80 euros per person) impressed me the most. Never been there before. Minus - we chose to leave at about 3 o'clock in the morning, back - also at night. But I managed to sleep in my bed for half the night. Option - a whole night on the bus, I can stand it worse. For adults - tolerable.
Excursion to mountain villages to watch dances on coals (15-25 euros). Interestingly, dinner at a national restaurant, children were entertained by dancing, adults also did not get bored.
"A trip to paradise" (35 euros) is what they call a trip on a yacht for the whole day. Were not, because did not fit into the schedule. But they wanted to. Champagne is on board the yacht, they moor to the island and eat freshly caught oysters.
From cheap - a boat ride on the Ropotamo River. We didn’t go because were few. The boat slowly moves along the forest overgrown river. Passive rest.
A walk on a boat (yacht) around the city is cheap, pleasant doing nothing. Children climbed all over the yacht.
I would like to recommend the restaurant "Rybari". The entrance to it is directly from the stairs descending to the beach from the side of the Coral Hotel. Characterized by white sails. Good fish dishes.

And I would recommend an excursion to the Botanical Garden. Very interesting and informative.

If you decide to go to Istanbul, you must have a double visa, you should immediately tell the travel agency about this.

The Botanical Garden, of course, is interesting, but it is at the opposite end of the sea, the trip from Sozopol is very tiring. It is necessary to watch excursions from the south coast. There are not as many of them as from the north, so consider everything that is offered. Nessebar is a must. I agree with olga - on a yacht. Ropotamo is interesting in June when the lilies are in bloom. We drove Sliven-Zheravna, it's inland, quite interesting. Bata village is also ok. And Istanbul seems to me a difficult excursion, if you do not need to buy leather coats.

We will not go to Istanbul, definitely. We wanted to go to the Botanical Garden, but since we’ll refuse too far, in the heat we don’t want to wander far. Thanks for the rest, I'll take a look.

If you are going to Bogaria next summer, then look at the northern coast, this is a completely different Bulgaria. So, then go to the Botanical Garden, and to Varna, see the Stone Forest, it is interesting for a teenager - Kamchia, the mysterious Longoza. There's the most. In the meantime, enjoy your holiday in Sozopol, we also started with it and still love it, although I like the northern coast better.

Istanbul is a must visit! The city is wonderful! The botanical garden is also beautiful. Veliko Tarnovo (the old Bulgarian capital) is recommended, as well as the Rose Valley (Kazanlak and Shipka).

The best sightseeing tour is Istanbul! Of course, it is tiring if you ride the bus all night, but you must see Istanbul! Especially if another such opportunity in your life may not be foreseen. And a week will not be enough to see the most interesting things there.
