We are currently resting in Sunny (08/02/2013-08/13/2013) and 'what can I tell you about Sakhalin' (s), quite a nice hotel with a green area, a small pool, decent breakfasts and pleasant service, daily thorough cleaning of the rooms.
Of the minuses: no one thinks about the safety of the guests, a layer of plaster and concrete fell off my head from the balcony, a piece of concrete smashed the phone screen, the reaction of the administration was 'Oh, the wind blew it away', no apologies, no regrets, no thoughts about what could happen , if a larger piece fell off on the head of the guest, the one that they hastily ran to shoot down after the incident (where were their eyes 'before'? After all, with the naked eye it was clear that the problem exists). The damage was calculated by the owner of Sunny himself (after our quite reasonable question, who, where and how will change the broken phone screen, because the chief administrator, a naive soul, did not even think that it was necessary, at least to apologize for the inconvenience caused), who and decided that 'in Bulgaria such a repair costs 20 dollars and not a cent more'))), by the way, these twenty dollars and my phone, which they were supposed to repair for this money, according to our preliminary agreement, we received only after almost a week, under accompanying comments that the phone is not new; ))
- paid Wi-Fi, which works no more than five minutes, after which you wait half an hour until it works again and if you are very lucky, for the next couple of minutes. We need the Internet for work and it is not entirely clear what to do with such a connection ( 20 dollars for 14 days), we save ourselves with free, rather frisky Internet in some restaurants. When asked to solve the communication problem, the administrator shrugged her shoulders and said that she refused to understand the essence of the problem, since she herself hangs on the Internet and personally everything works well for her; ) ))

- in the mini-bar all drinks are at room temperature, when asked to see if everything is in order with him, another nice administrator has established in a non-contact way that everything works like clockwork and 'do you need a cold? So this is not a refrigerator ')))) what is the demand from them?! )))))
Will we return to Sozopol? - certainly and more than once, a wonderful city)))
Will we stay at the Sunny? - never) in a city in which so many hotels are concentrated, there is no longer a desire to return to that place where they will smile nicely exactly as long as you are a 'convenient' client, for whom, by a lucky chance, everything will work properly in the room.
