разочарование disappointment

Traveled with my husband in July 2014. The hotel itself is in a convenient location. 10 minutes to the city, 3 minutes to the beach. But! Passing road nearby. The noise from the cars was incessant, day or night. And our room was right on the road. And the windows of other rooms overlook a dirty wasteland, where construction is going on (but at least it's quieter there). The hotel itself seems to be clean as well... but without a left, to which the staff is already accustomed, they will not change the linen once again. And one more thing: in the basement rooms (and there are some) - THE SMELL OF MOLD!!! ! The hostess of the hotel herself is a very peculiar lady, even boorish. It was forbidden to store food in the refrigerator, that is, only their (standard set) - water, chocolate and small bottles of alcohol should be stored in the refrigerator. My husband and I wanted to put all this stuff in the closet so as not to break it, and in the end return everything to its place, so we quickly calculated the amount of how much it costs and she demanded payment from us for using the refrigerator. And this is the first day of vacation. Central air conditioner not working well. Breakfast is poor. Every day is the same. In general, I am disappointed with this hotel, or rather its owners.
