Yes, this agency screwed up, they opened 2 one-time tickets for us from Ukraine for 3 months, and we didn’t ask anyone about it and didn’t put any birds on the questionnaire. Usually Bulgaria automatically sets 2 one-time tickets for all tourists, because it knows that people are going to Istanbul.
