the most tiring part of the bus tour is the night journeys because it is impossible to stretch your legs and get a good sleep..take a pillow under your neck and something light to cover up because the bus can get chilly at night. do not collect much food - everything can be bought at bus stops if necessary. save some change for paid toilets. and one more thing: personally, I always buy wet wipes and thermal water to spray my face on the road. have a good trip!
